1、前臂皮瓣I期修复口腔癌术后软组织缺损的临床应用［摘要］目的总结分析前臂皮瓣I期修复口腔癌术后软组织缺损的可行性及技术特点，评价临床疗效。方法回顾分析20例游离前臂皮瓣I期修复口腔癌术后软组织缺损的临床资料。从受区血管、组织瓣成活情况及术后并发症的发生情况对术后结果进行分析和评价。结果20例前臂皮瓣I期移植均成功，移至成功率达100%；3例因受区吻合静脉出现栓塞发生血管危象，经探查重新吻合静脉后，皮瓣成活，术后血栓的发生率为15%(3/20)o受区均一期愈合，无一例发生涎漏或感染等并发症。皮瓣全部成活，无一例发生皮瓣坏死。结论前臂皮瓣是I期修复口腔癌术后软组织缺损的理想
