1、中药干预糖耐量减低124例临床疗效观察李玉荣，杨晓南，杨玉山，陈欣，董川（天津市红桥区中医医院中西医结合科300132）【摘要】冃的观察中药降糖乐对糖耐量减低（IGT）的干预效果。方法将124例己确诊的IGT患者随机分为中药治疗组64例与对照组60例进行比较，其中治疗组、对照组血生化指标治疗前后比较，采用配对t检验；治疗组和对照组血生化指标采用独立样本t检验；治疗组和对照组治疗前后有效率比较，采用秩和检验。结果空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白及血脂（TC、TG）治疗组、对照组治疗前后比

2、较差别具有统计学意义（”＜0.05）,空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白及血脂（TC、TG）治疗组、对照组比较差别具有统计学意义（〃＜0.05）,治疗组总有效率为91%,对照组为55%,两组间总有效率的比较也有显著性差异（〃＜0.01）。结论：治疗组优于对照组,降糖乐对糖耐量减低患者（IGT）有明显的改善作用。【关键词】糖耐量减低（IGT）；降糖乐；中药疗法ObservationofClinicalTherapeuticEffectson124CasesofImpairedGlucose
