1、中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果观察中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果观察［摘要］目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选择本院妇产科于2013年1月〜2014年1月收治的155例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象。将患者随机分为观察组(n=80)和对照组(n二75)。对照组行单纯西医治疗，实验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药、微波等综合方案治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的总有效率为96.25%,对照组为78.67%,两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P〈0・05)o行4个月随访，观察组的复发率为5.00%(2/40),明显低于对照组的22.73%(5/22)(P<0.05)o两组部分病例
