1、探讨盆腔炎治疗仪对慢性盆腔炎的治疗效果观甘南县人民医院162100目的：研宄分析治疗仪对慢性盆腔炎的临床治疗效果观察。方法：此次研宄的对象是选择2012年1月-2015年1月收治的218例慢性盆腔炎患者。将其临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析，并采用随机分组方式分为治疗组和对照组,每组各109例。其中对比组采用常规药物治疗，治疗组在此基础上使用盆腔炎治疗仪。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：对照组治疗总有效率87.16%。治疗组治疗总有效率98.17%。治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组复发38例，复发率34.86%；治疗组复发7例，

2、复发率6.42%。治疗组复发情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论：盆腔炎治疗仪对慢性盆腔炎具有显著的治疗效果，是一种方便、高效、稳定的治疗方法，联合常规药物治疗可显著提升治疗疗效，且对绝大部分患者有效，应作为慢性盆腔炎的常规治疗手段。关键词：慢性盆腔炎；盆腔炎治疗仪；疗效分析[Abstract]Objective：Tostudytheclinicaleffectoftreatingchronicpelvicinflammatorydiseasebyanalyzingtherapeuticinstrument.Methods：theobj
