3、料：1)为协议双方约定口的或涉及约定口的所在领域由披露方向获取方提供的一切装置、图表、书面资料、源程序、数据或者其它以各种有形载体记录的资料；2)其它通过口头或视觉披露H在披露吋经披露方明示该资料为保密的并在通过口头或视觉披霜后三十日内(包括30H)以有形载体记录、标明“保密”字样并交于获取方的，则也认定为该资料是保密资料。Cofidentialinformationshallmeanl)allequipments,charts,writtenmaterials,sourceprograms,dataorothermat
