6、sotakeallreasonablestepstopreventitsemployeesandconsultantsfromusingordisclosinganyoftheotherparty'sConfidentialInformationexceptasrequiredfortheperformanceoftheirdutieshereunder.ESIandtheCompanywillmarkallConfidentialInformationwiththeword"Confidential"andwillinstructtheirem
