1、临床医学论文-丹红注射液对急性脑梗死患者脑循环动力学影响的临床硏究作者:张建斌张丽玲王素芳吴丽丽【摘要】目的为观察和硏究丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效及对脑循环动力学的影响。方法对86例该病患者进行脑循环动力学观察,采用随机、双盲和平行对照的方法,把患者分为两组,同样接受脑梗死的基本治疗的基础上,治疗组用生理盐水250ml加入丹红注射液20ml,静脉滴注,1次/d;对照组用生理盐水250ml加入复方丹参注射液20ml,静脉滴注,1次/d,均以14d为1个疗程。对患者进行丹红注射液治疗前、治疗后的脑神经功能缺损评分,同时测定脑循环动力学参数(CVDI)。结果①丹红注射液组神经
2、功能缺失,治疗组有效率为90・7%,对照组为79•1%;②丹红注射液组患者病灶一侧CVDI中,脑血流量(Q)及血流速度(V)用丹红注射液治疗后较治疗前显著增加(P<0•05),较对照组亦有显著增加(P<0・05)。血管阻力(R)、弹性及临界压力(CP)经丹红注射液治疗后,较治疗前明显降低(P<0・05),较病灶对侧大脑差异亦有显著性差异(PvO-05)。结论丹红注射液能明显改善脑血流灌注,降低脑循环阻力,减少神经功能缺损,从而达到治疗脑梗死的目的,且安全有效。【关键词】丹红注射液;脑梗死;脑循环动力学参数[Abstract】ObjectiveToobserveandstudyt
