1、中文摘要目的：本课题为观察摄涕止軌汤治疗肺肾气虚型变应性鼻炎的临床疗效，对英有效性进行评价，初步探讨其作用机制，了解摄涕止軌汤加味在肺肾气虚型AR治疗方面的优势，为中医药治疗AR的研究积累一定依据。方法：本课题大体分为三个阶段进行，第一阶段为制定研究方案，依据日前公认的标准制定诊断标准、观察指标、积分标准、疗效评定标准等；依照现行统计学文献确定研究病例数。第二阶段为临床研究阶段，将所收集临床病例随机分成两组进行治疗，治疗组35例，应用摄涕止軌汤加味口服，对照组35例，应用鼻舒适片口服，疗程均为28天。治疗过程中观察并记录两组患者症状、体征变化及不良反应。第三阶段将收
