1、目的：观察四六痛泻汤口服治疗寒热虚实错杂型溃疡性结肠炎（IX）的临床疗效并探讨其作用机理。方法：随机设四六痛泻汤口服治疗组（30例）和康复新液口服对照组（30例，观察两组的疗效。结果：临床研究显示，治疗组对主要症状疗效，镜下黏膜疗效，临床综合疗效等均优于对照组（PV0.05）。治疗组能明显改善腹泻、黏液脓血便、腹痛、里急后重等症状。两组治疗期间均未发生不良反应。结论：四六痛泻汤口服能够消除或改善UC临床症状，疗效确切，无明显副作用,是治疗寒热虚实错杂型UC的有效方剂。关键词溃疡性结肠炎（UC）；四六痛泻汤加减；寒热虚实错杂型；临床研究ClinicalStudyofTreatingUlcerat
