1、控制性详细规划是我国城市规划编制中一个既要承上启下，乂要衔接规划、管理与实施以及具体体现城市设计构想的关键性编制层次。然而，现实屮的控制性详细规划至今依然存在不少理论与实践方而的问题。国内外经验证明，现代城市设计是一种极为有效的城市优化手段，可用以弥补和解决n前控制性详细规划小的诸多不足。设计导则是指为保证城市物质环境质量，对特定地区和特定设计元素规定的指导性综合设计要求。控规中的城市设计导则是设计、管理和法规的结合点，也是控规层面城市设计控制体系的核心构造。本文从城市设计的角度，融合当前多种设计理论，综合运用各类研究方法，深入探讨控规屮设

2、计导则存在的问题和设计的理论方法，并构建符合控规屮设计导则控制特征、适合城市不同类型区的各口城市设计要素体系。本文共分为六章。文章首先讨论控制性详细规划层面的城市设计存在的问题，浅析控规屮城市设计的趋势。接着从城市设计导则的角度阐述控规屮设计导则的运行现状和存在的问题。在此基础上，捉出弥补控规屮设计导则不足的办法，即对控规编制范围涉及的区域进行分类，提出具有主体功能的类型区概念。根据类型区的差异，针对性的提出符合各类型区的独立的城市设计耍素体系，以期对建设环境产生良好效果。最后，文章对控规中的设计导则的成果体系进行规范，包括其内容框架和成果
