1、我国证券市场成立以来，证券公司从无到有、从小到大，发展速度非常惊人，但是普遍存在“靠天吃饭”的现状，其盈利状况与二级市场高度相关，具有高度的不稳定性和周期性，经营风险很大。木文认为造成这一问题的根木原因在于证券公司盈利模式存在缺陷，从盈利模式这一角度来研究证券公司经营问题和发展方向。本文以证券公司创新管理理论和金融产业可持续发展理论为指导，从分析我国证券公司业务收入结构出发，得出我国证券公司一直是传统的“通道”型盈利模式，存在盈利途径单一、业务结构不合理、盈利波动性大、成本控制不利、同质化竞争严重、缺乏核心竞争力等一系列问题。然后文章从证券公司自身存在的原因和证券公司外部原因两个层
2、次深入系统地研究了造成我国证券公司盈利模式落后的原因，分析了国外证券公司（以美国和韩国为例）的盈利模式，得出了一些值得我国证券公司借鉴的特点。接下来，文章提出了在新的市场环境下，创新我国证券公司盈利模式的基本思路:通过业务模式创新、组织结构创新及管理创新，使我国证券公司的盈利模式由传统的“通道”型模式转变为以客户为核心的“服务”型模式。并探讨了实现这一新型盈利模式的具体措施，包描开展三大创新业务、建立金融控股集团公司、调整公司内部治理结构、改善风险控制体系等。关键词：证券公司盈利模式业务创新组织创新AbstractSincethefoundingofChina，ssecuritie
