1、16层螺旋CT尿路造影在泌尿系统病变诊断中的临床应用【关键词】泌尿系疾病;体层摄影术,X线计算机;尿路造影术【摘要】目的探讨16层螺旋CT尿路造影(CTU)在泌尿系统病变诊断中的临床应用价值。方法收集40例临床有泌尿道症状患者,行泌尿系常规CT平扫、双期增强打描及排泄期尿路造影,原始数据传送至高级后处理工作站,使用最大密度投影(MIP)、多平而重建(MPR)、曲而重建(CPR)及容积重建(VR)等方法,获得完整排泄期尿路影像。结杲18例输尿管结石,3例肾盏结石;5例肾癌,2例肾盂癌;3例膀胱癌侵犯输尿管下段;1例子宫内膜癌术后输尿管粘连及肿胀致输
2、尿管梗阻;1例结肠癌淋巴结转移包绕并侵犯输尿管下段致中上段梗阻积水;外压性输尿管狭窄3例;2例肾盏憩室;2例先天性肾发育异常。其中27例经手术证实,13例经临床证实。结论16层螺旋CT具有扫描速度快、范围广、层厚薄和图像质量高等优点,能多平血、多方位三维立体显示整个泌尿系统的病变,为临床明确病因提供了重要的参考价值。【关键词】泌尿系疾病;体层摄影术,X线计算机;尿路造影术Diagnosisandclinalapplicationof16-slicespiralCTurographyforurinarysystemdiseasesZHOUHui,R
