4、equitygrantsonhisorhersuccessinhandlingthefoundationaltaskoffusinghighperformancewithhighintegrityatalllevelsofthecompany.Whydon’tboardsdothat?Theymaybeuncertainaboutthemeaningofintegrityandhowtoassessitsintegrationintofinancialperformance.Stepone,then,
