1、联合降压治疗老年高血压疗效观察［摘要］目的：探讨联合应用降压药治疗老年高血压的疗效。方法：采取随机、平行分组、对照方法将患者分为三组,甲组40例，单用非洛地平缓释片(钙拮抗剂)10mg/d；乙组44例，非洛地平缓释片5mg/d+^沙坦(血管紧张素II受体阻滞剂ARB)80mg/d；丙组46例，非洛地平缓释片5mg/d+厄贝沙坦氢氯囈嗪150mg/do结果：治疗8周后，丙组收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)达标率分别为60.9%和95.6%,较甲组SBP达标率(15.0%、80.0%)和乙组(9.1%、68.2%)高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)o甲组总不良反应发生率(2
