1、宁波在校大学生创业现状、问题与对策研究毕业论文（20__届）宁波在校大学生创业现状、问题与对策研究宁波在校大学生创业现状、问题与对策研究摘要自从我国1999年开始进行高等教育扩招以来，大学生数量不断增加，致使大学毕业生人数激增，应届毕业生就业竞争压力变大。在这种现状之下，大学生自主创业无疑是一个不错的解决方法。宁波市政府为了鼓励大学生进行创业，在政策上对其进行了多方面的支持，但是这些政策都还有很多不足之处，对鼓励大学生创业并不能起到真正的作用。而创业教育体系的不规范和大学生自身素质的不完善也阻碍了大学生创业的成功。面对如此不乐观的创业环

2、境，心怀创业之心的大学生该以怎样的方式去面对创业过程中的种种困难？做好怎样的准备才能成功创业并使自己的成功长久的延续下去？而作为重要引导者的政府和学校还有什么需要改进的地方？本文以宁波地区在校大学生为调查对象，通过大量的文献资料阅读和实地调查研究，运用SWOT分析法分析大学生创业的优劣势和当前创业环境的状况，针对大学生创业过程中会遇到的种种问题，提出合适的对策和建议，来帮助有创业意愿的大学生更顺利的进行自主创业。关键词：大学生；自主创业；创业教育；创业政策宁波在校大学生创业现状、问题与对策研究AbstractSinceourcountr
