2、临近，企业的继承过程中存在问题和矛盾日益突出。同时，当前，浙江乃至全国还没有真正形成成熟的职业经理人市场，这对浙江家族企业的发展也带来不利影响。诸暨大唐是浙江家族企业集聚地区。目前，诸暨大唐袜业第一代创业者大多已是“壮士暮年”，第二代开始接班成长，在此过程中，家族企业代际传承问题和冲突也不断显现。本文以诸暨大唐袜业为例，通过深入调研，分析家族企业代际传承的基本现状，存在问题及其深层原因，提出实现家族企业有效代际传承，促进可持续发展的对策，包括加强建立有利于企业传承的人力资源管理,促进向现代企业转型,重视企业继承人培养等，为诸暨及其他地区家族企业代际传承决策提供借鉴和参考
