4、efinition,visionandway.Thethesistrytoconductanin-depth,systematicandcomprehensiveresearchoncivillegalinterestthroughthefourpart.Thefirstchapterpointedoutthatthedilemmachinafacedtoprotectthelegalinterestsofthetortlaw.Thisismainlyreflectedinthreeaspects:firstly,Article2ofutortl
