1、企业文化对企业发展的作用是毋庸置疑的，企业理财文化作为企业文化的一种亚文化影响着企业财务部门的理财行为与理财风格。木文在分析企业理财文化研究的必要性和可行性的基础上，对企业理财文化体系进行了探讨，构建了企业理财文化的效益分析模型。首先，对企业文化、企业理财、理财观念的概念进行认识和界定，并对相关理论进行介绍和分析。然后深入分析了文化与理财、企业文化与理财之间的相互影响关系，提出了企业理财文化的概念。其次，从系统的观点出发，将企业理财文化视为一个独立的系统，对理财文化系统的本质、内容要素、功能以及系统组成结构进行了深入探讨。同时提出了理财文化建设的途径与建设时应注意
