4、advocatedbytheWTOandtheindustrialorientationimpliedinthefurtheranceofthenewinternationaldivisionoflaborareconsistentwiththegeneraldirectionoftheeconomicdevelopmentofthecapital.Infrontofthewideropeningofthemarketsystem,Peking,acityasthecenterforinternationalcommunication,isendowedw
5、ithresourcesofadvancedtechnologyandeducation,strongercomprehensiveeconomicpowerandafullyestablishedforeign-orientedpatternofmultiplelevelsinvolvedinwidefields,andthusPekingisinamorefavorablecompetitivepositionascomparedwithotherareaspossiblywithsomerelativeadvantagesininternationa
