2、损，国际能源资源价格大幅下跌，能源矿产企业处境艰难，这些资金链断裂的企业，急需外来的投资和救助。当前来看，对于浙江民营企业在境外开展投资和收购，绕开贸易壁垒，获取战略资源，取得先进技术，以及开拓海外市场，是一个比较好的机遇。希望浙江省民营企业抓住这次机遇，合理的采取跨国并购，扩大企业规模，借助跨国并购迅速增强实力，走向国际市场，并在国际市场上与外国公司展开激烈的竞争。因此浙江省民营企业跨国并购的发展对于浙江省经济的发展具有重要的意义。关键词：浙江民营企业；跨国并购；风险IVAbstractAseco
