4、yforbronchialartery(BA).Methods:Seventy-fivepatientsunderwentMSCTangiographyperSurestarttechnique(experimentalgroup,n=45)(controlgroup,n=30).ThesettingofspiralCTwas1.25mminthickness,15inpitch,and0.5s/rbyscanningspeed.CTAwasperformedusing350mgl/mLnonionizedcontrastmedium,deliveredatadose

5、of1.5mL/kgandatarateof3-5mL/s.Postprocessingtechniquesuchasshadedvolumereconstruction,multiplanarreconstruction,curedplanarreconstrutionandmaximumintensityprojectionwereusedtogeneratethe3Dimagingofbronchialartery.Results:Onehundredandtwenty-twobronchialarterieswerevisualizedofthe45cases

6、intheexperimentalgroup(mean:2.71arteriespercase)versus68ofthe30casesinthecontrolgroup(mean:2.27arteriespercase).Therateofsuccessfulvisualizationandnumberofvisualizedarterieswerefoundtobesignificantlydifferentbetweenthetwogroups(PvO.05).Conclusion:Primarylungcancerpatientshowsdilatedbron
