1、石河子大学动物科技学院本科毕业论文垦区猪肺炎支原体P97基因的检测院（系）：动物科技学院专业：动物医学学号：2010513200姓名：张延浩指导教师：李劭（副教授）石河子2014.6为了解石河子垦区猪肺炎支原体P97基因的遗传变异情况，采集石河子部分规模化猪场的猪支原体肺炎疑似病料，采用PCR方法对疑似病料进行了黏附基因P97的检测，将PCR产物测序并与Genbank已登录的标准菌株序列进行同源性分析。结果显示：75份病变肺脏中，阳性病料43份,阳性率为57.33%(43/75),P97基因序列与参考菌株的同源性为9
