2、我国城市化进程步伐的重大历史工程。本文主要采用了文献研究方法、比较分析方法和描述性研究方法。通过检索查阅图书馆资料、国家政策和报纸文件、收集网上的数据库和统计机构的权威资料，对我国农村基本公共服务的现状予以综述，在此基础上针对前人的局限性和漏洞展开论文的研究与撰写。论文首先对研究对象进行了理论铺垫，分别对基本公共服务与均等化进行了总结。其次，对农村基本公共服务均等化的现状及其原因进行了全面的分析。最后，是论文的重点，对农村基本公共服务均等化的对策与措施进行了分析。希望通过本文的研究，为我国各级政府如何在实现农村基本公
