5、tsystemarethefollowing:securityproblemsinapublicnetwork,vulnerabilitiesincustomer'sterminalandmerchant'sserver,anddeficienciesinwebapplications.CreditcardisthemeanmostpopulartodevelopelectronicpaymentsystemsacceptedbycustomersandmerchantsinInternet.Unfor

6、tunately,itisnotthebestmethodfromtheanonymityandprivacypointofview.Financialinstitutions(MastercardandVisa)andpaymentserviceproviderarestilldevelopingsystemstomotivatetheuseofcreditcardintheelectroniccommerce.Electroniccurrencyisanalternativetodevelopele

7、ctronicpaymentsystems.TheconceptwasintroducedbyChaum,Researchersandfinancialinstitutionshaveproposedmanysystemsbasedonitsuse.However,itsadoptionbythecustomersislow.Thecausesthataffectitsmarketpenetrationare:integrationbetweendifferente-paymentsystems,sec
