1、--毕业论文（2010届）我国上市公司产业转型中的问题与对策研究--摘要面对竞争越来越激烈的市场环境，上市公司原从事的产业可能会逐渐衰退，也可能会由于激烈的竞争，公司的利润空间越来越小，为了摆脱行业衰退给公司造成的损失或者寻找新的发展空间，公司需要进行产业转型。对上市公司而言，必须面对产业生命周期的更迭所带来的环境变化，不断采取适当的战略行为，才能长盛不衰。本文从产业转型的概念、类型、动因以及方式等方面对产业转型这个主题进行了深入的理论阐述。在产业转型实施阶段中选择实现转型的方式很重要，投资转型、培育转型、借壳转型是比较常用的产业转型方式。其次，本文在基于产
2、业转型的基本理论上，说明了我国上市公司产业转型的现状及其特点。产业转型是一项风险巨大的活动，许多上市公司都在产业转型过程中由于各种原因而导致转型失败，所以本文结合案例研究等方法进一步论述了我国上市公司产业转型过程中存在的问题。最后，本文针对产业转型过程中存在的问题，提出了促进上市公司产业转型的相关对策。关键词：产业转型；上市公司；持续成长--AbstractFacinganincreasinglycompetitivemarketenvironment,listedcompaniesintheindustrymaybethegradualdecline,al
