1、毕业论文（2010届）基于TCO的杰豪集团采购成本控制管理研究II摘要随着经济全球化步伐的加快，市场的竞争越来越激烈，中外企业都面临着缩短交货期，提高产品质量，降低成本及改进服务的压力。在产品及生产技术没有突破性进展的情况下，企业必须通过内部挖潜来降低成本。因此，采购成本降低的要求也越来越高。由于传统的采购成本控制管理的不足与局限性，本文以杰豪集团的采购成本控制管理体系作为研究对象，应用TCO概念，分析了杰豪集团原材料采购成本的构成及影响因素，采取必要的措施改善采购成本，对杰豪集团物资采购的总成本最小化进行了探讨。本文应用TCO概念，从供应链的角度对企业间因采购活动产生的采购成本进

2、行了分析。TCO要求供应链上每个采购企业在采购过程中考虑导致成本发生的所有活动，分析每个过程中的采购流程及活动成本，不仅仅只考虑采购价格、运输费用、储存成本，还要考虑采购后的隐性成本。本文分析了采购成本形成的不确定性、采购提前期、产品机会成本等影响因素，这些因素构成了采购成本控制的不利因素，是降低采购成本所必须要考虑的。最后，利用TCO模型分析的结果与供应商建立合作或者联盟的关系。关键词：TCO；采购成本；成本控制IIAbstractWiththecommerceglobalization,themarketcompetitionisgettingmoreandmoresever,
