1、毕业论文（2010届）D市陆港物流中心发展模式研究I摘要随着宁波以及周边地区经济的发展，城市内部和城市之间的物流量急剧增加，为了适应物流量增加对提高物流运作效率的要求，同时为了缓解江北区交通拥挤，管理混乱的现状，使物流向可持续方向发展，宁波市政府和江北区政府提出了建设宁波市江北陆港物流中心的建议。陆港物流中心作为宁波及江北发展现代物流网络系统中的重要结点，对它的的现状以及未来发展趋势的研究是十分必要的。本文以宁波市江北陆港物流中心为例，对其进行了研究。论文在结构上分为5章。第1章主要阐述论文的研究目的、研究意义和研究的主要内容。第2章概述了物流中心的相关定义，并回顾了国内外物流

2、中心开发与运营模式。第3章主要通过分析比较宁波市物流需求和江北陆港物流中心货运处理量说明江北陆港物流中心建设必要性。第4章介绍了江北陆港物流中心发展定位和功能配置。第5章首先分析了江北陆港物流中心开发建设模式，接着论述了陆港物流中心的运营管理模式，最后论述陆港物流中心盈利模式设计的原则和盈利模式的框架，以资为宁波江北陆港物流中心的发展提供参考。关键词：陆港物流中心；发展定位；发展模式IAbstractWiththerapideconomicdevelopmentinNingboandthesurroundingareas,thevolumeofmaterialflowinand
