4、utuallyreinforcing:China’ssuccessfuleconomicdevelopmenthaslaidthematerialandtechnologicalfoundationsforinformatizationandgreatlyexpandedthedemandforit.Urbanization,industrialization,increasedconsumption,andexpandedsocialmobilityhavecreatedunprecedentedopportunitiesaswellasnewcha
5、llengesforinformatization.China’sfutureeconomicgrowthwilllikelycomefromthreemainsources:&Encouragingthedevelopmentofservicesanddomesticdemandforthem&Increasingfirmcompetitiveness,particularlythroughICTandforeigndirectinvestment(FDI)&Facilitatingthemovementofworkersoutofagricultu
6、reandtocities.Tosustainthemomentumofeconomicgrowth,Chinaneedstocloselyexaminethreeinterwovenfactorsduringthe11thFive-YearPlan(2006–2010)andwellbeyond.First,industrializationhasresultedincontinuouschangestoChina’seconomicstructure.Manyworkersaremovingfromagriculturaltoindustriala
