6、elopingeconomies.2Higherper-personspendingdoesnotalwaysequatetohigher-qualityhealthcare.Whencomparedto10developedcountries,theUnitedStatesrankslastinoverallhealthcareperformance,highlightedbypercapitaspendingthatis50%greaterthanthenextcountryandlastplacerankingsinefficiency,equity,andhealthyl
