1、铜绿假单胞菌的临床感染分布及耐药现状分析【摘要】目的:了解铜绿假单胞菌(PAE)的临床感染分布及耐药现状,为预防和控制医院感染及合理用药提供依据。方法:采用常规方法对本院细菌室收集的临床标本进行菌株鉴定及药敏试验。结果:2009年1月-2012年12月间共分离出98株铜绿假单胞菌,标本來源以痰为主占73.5%(72/98),科室分布以内科系统(含重症监护病房)最多,占71.4%(70/98)o对磺胺甲恶卩坐/甲氧节噪、头抱曲松、左氧氟沙星、庆大霉素、环丙沙星、妥布霉素等多种抗生素的耐药率均较高,分
2、别为90.8%、66.3%、52.0%.51.0%、50.0%、44.9%。结论:铜绿假单胞菌是医院内感染的主要病原菌之一,随着分离率和耐药性的上升,应做好医院感染控制和抗菌药物分级管理工作,加强细菌培养及药物敏感试验,根据结果合理选用抗菌药物,减少或防止耐药菌株的产生或播散。【关键词】铜绿假单胞菌;医院感染;药物敏感试验;抗菌药物PseudomonasAeruginosaClinicalInfectionDistributionandDrugResistaneePresentConditionA
