1、神经外科锁孔手术治疗颅内肿瘤的临床效果观察摘要：目的：总结在对颅内肿瘤展开治疗时，采用神经外科锁孔手术的效果。方法：通过随机选取的方式对我院该症病患进行选取，选取的总人数为122人,选取的吋间为2016年4月-2017年5月，采取平均分配的方式将全体病患分为两个小组，其中一个小组命名对研究组，另一个小组命名为常规组。给予常规组以往的治疗方案，研究组则给予神经外科的锁孔手术。治疗后对两个小组病患手术中的各项状况展开对比。结果：研究组手术所花费的吋间为(54.89土4.13)min,而常规组手术所花费
2、的时间为(59.76±4.09),常规组所用时间明显比研究组长，差异明显(PV0.05)；研究组手术出血量为(201.84土8.47)mL,常规组手术出血量为(322.14±9・54),研究组出血量明显比常规组少，差异明显(P<0.05)；研究组并发症出现的概率为1.64%,明显低于常规组的11.76%,差异明显(P<0.05)；研究组的治愈率为91.80%,明显高于常规组的65.57%,差异明显(P<0.05)；研究组的致残率为6.56%,明显低于常规组的14.76%,差异明显(P<0.05)；
