1、颅内肿瘤患者围手术期心理干预效果观察［摘要］目的探讨心理干预护理在颅内脑瘤患者围手术期的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的88例颅内脑瘤围手术期患者作为研究对象，将其随机均分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者在此基础上给予心理干预护理，比较两组患者护理前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁口评量表(SDS)和患者的满意度。结果观察组心理干预护理后SAS为(43.23±1.33)分、SDS为(38.12±2,11)分，明显优于对照组的(57.22±1.02)分、(50.23±1.22)分；观察组心理干预护理后患者的满意度为100.00%,高于对照组

2、常规护理后的45.45%。两组患者在焦虑、抑郁、满意度差异比较有统计学意义(P〈0・05)。结论对颅内脑瘤患者围手术期实施心理干预护理可有效地改善患者的忧虑、焦急、抑郁情况，提高治疗效果和护理满意度，具有临床推广应用价值。［关键词］心理干预护理；颅内脑瘤；围手术期；效果观察［中图分类号］R473.73［文献标识码］B［文章编号］2095-0616(2015)19-163-03［Abstract］ObjectiveToexploretheapplicativeeffectofpsychologicalinterventionintheperioperati
