1、盲探气管插管装置应用于困难气管插管的临床观察【关键词】盲探【摘耍】H的观察盲探气管插管装置在困难气管插管中的临床应川。方法本研究共117例患者，年龄22〜87岁，包括ASAI〜II级施择期手术全麻患者61例;头后仰活动受限5例涨口受限8例;巨舌2例;Pier&Robin's4例;喉结过高13例;肥胖且颈粗短15例;饱胃14例;非手术紧急气管插管的患者56例，困难气管插管的主要原凶为口腔分泌物多、出血;吞咽反射强烈;外伤致患者张口受限;外伤致患者颈椎骨折、脱臼等。结果木组患者的气管插管成功率为100%,其中113例一次插管成功，成功率96.6%,4例二次插管成功，成功率3.4%。气管插
