1、未婚异位妊娠患者保守治疗护理及心理干摘要：异位妊娠是指受精卵在子宫体腔外着床，俗称宫外孕。是严重危害妇女健康和生命的妇产科疾病，其发病率约占妊娠的1.5%o近年来EP发病率明显增高,未婚及未育者发生率也呈上升趋势。随着临床上的重视B超等诊断技术的提高以及血HCG测定的广泛应用，有80%的异位妊娠患者可以在破裂前就得到诊断，并通过保守治疗而免于手术。一直以来，手术为异位妊娠主要治疗方法，近年来保守治疗方法得到了发展，甲氨喋哙为治疗异位妊娠的常用药物。在临床护理中，我们发现异位妊娠患者尤其是未婚异位妊娠患者的心理状况非常差，她们对未来充满恐惧和优虑。我们针对患者不同
