1、对护士手卫生状况调查研究及对策探析【中图分类号】R47-4【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1003-8183-(2011)04-0008-04【摘要】目的：了解临床护士手卫生知识掌握情况和手卫生执行情况，分析影响护士手卫生行为的因素，进行多模式干预。方法：采用横断面研究法，应用《护士手卫生观察记录表》，根据卫生部规定的11项洗手指征设计洗手调查问卷，并通过问卷调查、现场观察等方法对随机抽取的临床注册护士予以了考察，考察的总体数量在200名进，记录结果并进行统计分析。结果：临床护士对不可见的污染标准洗手要求执行差；自评洗手执行合格率明显高于实际洗手合格率；各

2、科临床护士之间洗手合格率有明显差异，外科洗手合格率最髙，门诊最低。结论：临床护士存在不重视手卫生和不规范洗手的状况，主要原因为洗手知识不足、洗手设施不健全、未形成良好的洗手习惯、管理不到位等，因而采取多模式干预提高临床护士的洗手依从性，改善手卫生状况。【关键词】临床护士；手卫生；洗手；多模式干预StatusofnurseshandhygieneofInvestigationandAnalysisYangXin-Ming[Abstract]Objective：Tofindoutthehandhygieneknowledgethatclinicalnurs
