1、外籍劳工在台适应之研究一以台中市、彰化县为例ForeignLaborers'AdaptationstoTaiwan:focusonregionsofTaichungCityandChanghuaCounty洪淑媚、林瑞麟、施文彬、刘琼森应用外语系摘要本研究旨在探讨外籍劳工在台的适应(含语文能力的适应、人格特质、生活适应、工作适应、人际互动适应及休闲适应)。本研究采用问卷调查法，以台中市、彰化县769名之外籍劳工为研究对象。在取得问卷数据后，即对数据进行描述统计、t考验、单因子变异数分析(one-wayANOVA)及Scheffe事后考验法、皮尔森积差
2、相关等统计方法分析资料。并根据研究结果提供可行之建议，以作为政府单位改进劳工政策、中介公司、雇主、外籍劳工等解决、辅导外劳问题及未来研究者之参考。兹将本研究结果归纳如下：一、外籍劳工在台适应最良好的是「生活适应」、次为「工作适应」、「人格特质」、「语文能力的适应」、「人际互动适应」，而适应最不良的是「休闲适应」。二、外籍劳工会因宗教信仰的有无，而影响其在台的适应。三、在台湾的外籍劳工，过去有出国经验者比无出国经验者显著地适应良好。四、除了「人际互动适应」夕卜，在其它各因素方面，非法外劳均较合法外劳适应良好。五、外籍劳工在台的适应会因国籍不同而有显著的
3、差异存在。六、外籍劳工会因年龄不同，而影响其在台的适应。七、外籍劳工在台的适应，会因教育程度不同而有显著的差异存在。八、外籍劳工会因宗教信仰的不同，而影响其在台的适应。九、过去出国次数愈多的外籍劳工在台湾会有较佳的适应能力。十、在台停留3年以上的外籍劳工较停留未达3年者有较佳的适应。十一、外籍劳工在台的适应，会因每月薪资不同而有显著的差异存在。十二、外籍劳工在台的适应，会因使用母语不同而有显著的差异存在。关键词：外籍劳工、适应、人格特质、非法外劳、合法外劳AbstractThepurposeofthisstudyistoinvestigatethef
