1、裂隙灯图像分析系统联介荧光索钠在下眼诊断中的临床应用[摘耍]冃的:探讨使用裂隙灯图像分析系统定量分析联合荧光素的方法在眼科干眼诊断屮的应用。方法:干眼患者23例(23眼)为实验纟H.,眼部健康者29例(29眼)为对照组,分别于眼结膜囊内滴1%荧光素钠液,后应用数码照相机在裂隙灯显微镜下对检杳者眼前节进行拍照,从数码图像中提取泪河图像并用裂隙灯&用图像分析软件测量其高度,分析两组间下泪河高度的差别,以及下泪河高度与泪液分泌试验的相关性。结果:対照组和实验组的平均泪河高度分别是(0.25±0.05)伽及(0
