1、《针灸资生经》灸法特点浅谈(上海市针灸经络研究所,上海200030)摘要:《针灸资生经》以灸法的载述独见其长。就该书的灸法特点作了浅述。书中言及用灸法治疗的病证较广;对腌穴宜针宜灸、宜灸不宜针、宜少灸及禁灸穴都作了记述;所列病证灸方用穴精简,大部分灸方只取一穴施灸;重视压痛穴的应用,作为确定施灸穴位的依据;提倡”先上后下,先阳后阴”的施灸原则;重视灸感,对灸感现象有详尽的描述;灸疗法众多,灸药并用的论述也较多;临证时根据患者身体强弱、年龄、部位、病情选择艾炷大小和艾灸壮数,控制灸量;阴虚燥盛之证及孕妇、产后应当慎灸;该书作者认为治病

5、onofatenderpoint,whichwasoftenrecognizedasthetargetpointformoxibustion.ItsprincipleofmoxibustiontherapywastogivemoxibustionfromupperbodytolowerbodyandfromtheYangaspecttoYinaspect.Besides,italsoemphasizedonthemoxibustionsensation.Therewerevariousformsofmoxibustiontherap
6、y,includingthecombinedapplicationwithpharmacotherapy.Inclinicalpractice,thephysicianshouldmodulatethesizeanddoseinmoxibustiontherapyaccordingtotheage,bodyconstitution,gender,affectedareaanddiseaseseverity.Itshouldbecautiouswhengivingmoxibustiontopregnantorpostpartumwom
