1、肿瘤标志物CA199和CA242在胰腺癌中的诊断价值［摘要］目的探讨放射免疫法检测CA199和CA242在胰腺癌诊断屮的应用价值。方法2013年1月〜2014年6月，分别选择胰腺癌患者为病例组60例、胰腺良性疾病患者为对照组60例，分别检测各组的CA199、CA242水平及胰腺癌各期的CA199、CA242水平，计算两组CA199、CA242的灵敏度和特异度。结果胰腺癌患者血清中的CA199和CA242水平明显高于对照组，组间比较，差异冇统计学意义(P〈0.05),病例组CA199.CA242的灵敏度和特异度高于对照组，

8、肿瘤中生存率最低，各国统计5年生存率为0.4%〜4.0%[1]o及早发现和诊断是治疗胰腺癌的关键。CA199是目前最冇效的胰腺癌诊断标志，存在于正常组织细胞中，在胰腺、胆管恶性疾病患者中，体液中的CA199常处于较高水平[2]。CA242是存在于多器官恶性肿瘤中的糖蛋白，是近几年用于临床较新的胰腺癌和结肠癌的肿瘤标志
