5、theGoodsandtheexecutionoftheOrder.货物应符合货物一般使用要求，应符合采购方依赖供应商技能和判断告知供应商实现特殊目的要求。2.Theprice价格2.1ThepriceoftheGoodsshallbeasstatedonPurchaseOrderandnoincreasewi11beacceptedbythePurchaserunlessagreedbyhim/herinwritingbeforetheexecutionoftheOrder.货物的价格应该在采购单上标明，除非采购方书面同意，否则不允许任何加价。1.2Unlessotherwiseagr
