1、术式选择对有无COPD的肺癌患者的预后影响分析［摘要］目的分析术式选择对有无合并COPD的肺癌患者术后恢复进程、并发症及经济性的影响。方法选择2014年6月〜2016年9月期间我院收治的138例肺癌合并COPD患者，按双盲数字法分为对照组和A观察组，选取69例无COPD肺癌患者为B观察组。对照组患者采用传统的肺癌手术治疗；A、B观察组均采用全胸腔镜术实施手术治疗。详细记录患者在手术过程中、手术后相关指标及不良反应等情况。结果术中，A、B观察组患者的手术指标明显低于对照组，A观察组与B观察组的手术指标无差异，且三［中图分类号］R563［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1673-970117-0011-
