1、doi:10.3969/j.issn.0253-9896.2012,06.026心脏瓣膜钙化与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的相关性研究贾彦青党群°姚民强李永健摘要目的:研究心脏瓣膜钙化程度与颈动脉内膜中层厚度、斑块积分的相关性。方法:用经胸多普勒超声显像仪评估426例患者心脏瓣膜钙化情况,根据瓣膜钙化诊断标准将所有患者分为无钙化组、轻度钙化组、中度钙化组和巫度钙化组。比较4组间的一般资料、病史、血压、血脂,同时测虽4组患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度、软斑块积分、硬斑块积分及总斑块积分。结果:4组间的年龄、性别、体质址指数、吸烟情况、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低
2、密度脂蛋门胆固醇普界无统计学意义;瓣膜钙化程度均冠心病患病率、收缩压、脉压、颈动脉内膜中层甲度、总斑块积分、硯斑块积分呈止相关(几分别为0.546.0.628.0.512.0.802.0.628.0.544,P<0.001),舒张压、软斑块积分无相关性'结论:心脏瓣膜钙化程度可作为推测颈动脉内般中层厚度、总斑块积分、硬斑块积分的一个重耍指标。关键词心脏瓣膜疾病钙质沉君症颈动脉血管内膜动脉粥样硬化超川检査•多普勒•彩色RelationshipofHeartValveCalcificationandCarotidIntimaMediaThicknessJIAY
