1、联合肝素灌注综合治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床对照研究【关键词】前列腺炎【摘要】H的评价联合肝素灌注综合治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方H108例慢性前列腺炎患者，随机分为研究组(36例)和对照A组(48例)及对照B组(24例)，均采用抗生素+a■受体阻滞剂+前列腺治疗仪治疗，研究组联合肝素(25000IU)经尿道灌注,对照A组联合抗生索+地塞米松+a・糜蛋白酶经尿道灌注(隔日1次共6〜8次)，所有病例疗程为10〜14天。以NIH慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)和前列腺按摩液(EPS)中口细胞计数和卵磷脂为疗效指标。结果研
2、究组(34例)和对照A组(48例)及对照B组(23例)共105例可评价病例，根据美国国立一卫主院(NIH)前列腺炎分型标准诊断为II型5例(4.76%),111a型64例(60.95%),111b型36例(34.29%)。W组NIH-CPSI总分和症状程度评分治疗前后分别降低12.97±4.53分和8.56±4.02分;对照A组NIH-CPS1总分和症状程度评分治疗前后分别降低6.58±5分和4.31±3.42分;对照B组NIH-CPSI总分和症状程度评分治疗前后分别降低6.78±5.35分和4.35±3.14分。研究组
3、总显效率为79.4%(27/34)、总有效率为97.1%(33/34),黴A组总显效率为18.8%(9/48)、总有效率为66.7%(32/48),刘KB组总显效率为21.7%(5/23)、总有效率为52.2%(12/23),研究纟I[的NIH-CPSI总分和症状程度评分下降幅度及总有效率和总显效率均明显优于对照A组和对照B组(P均<0.01)o结论联合肝素灌注治疗可明显提高综合治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。关键词询列腺炎综合治疗临床研究肝索Theefficacyofthetransurethralperfusionwithh
