1、山东XX医药有限公司培训体系优化研究摘要企业的成功，基于所有员工的成功。而员工的成功，则依靠企业建立完善持续的学习与培训机制。现代企业人才竞争日益激烈，培训的重要性不言而喻5及时的、有效的、连续系统的培训企业内部人力资源，成为保持企业活力的重要手段。如何建立高效的人力资源培训体系，促进企业的可持续发展，是目前我国现代企业尤其是中小型民营企业亟待解决的问题。木文查阅了大量企业管理、人力资源管理以及培训体系建设相关文献，运用本科阶段学习的知识，通过定性和定量相结合的研究方法对山东XX医药有限公司门店培训现状进行分析，提出了培训与公司战略脱节，缺乏系统规划；培训各环节乏力，以及培训保障体系

2、薄弱三个突出问题。针对这些问题结合公司实际情况，阐述培训体系优化原则，立足培训体系的四个环节提出了优化建议。并且为了优化后培训体系顺利运行，提出了相应保障措施。XX医药有限公司在我国民营医药零售连锁行业中具有一定代表性，希望通过对其培训体系优化研究，为国内民营零售连锁公司构建人力资源培训体系提供一些借鉴和帮助。关键词：培训体系；优化研究；医药零售AbstractThesuccessofanenterprisehingesonthesuccessofalltheemployees.Thesuccessofemployees,however,isdependentontheestabli
