2、ttodetermined,andthisincreasedifficultytorealiseintegratedcontrolbetweengaugeandflatness.Inthebackgroundofpracticalengineeringproject,thispaperfurtherstudiescouplingmechanismofgaugeandflatnessalsodynamicmathematicalmodelofcontrolsystemofgaugeandflatnessisderived,andintelligentcontrolthe
3、oryisappliedtogaugeandflatnesscontrol.Simulationresultsshowthatintelligentcontrolappliedtorollingprocessisfeasible.Firstly,couplingmodelsofstripgaugeandflatnessexpressedbycrosswisetensilestressandcrownarederivedrespectively.Basisforcontroltheoryandengineeringpractice,underthecaseofhavin
4、gnotasignificantimpactonthegaugeandflatness,themodelsofthecoldrollinghydraulicpressuredepresstheautomaticpositioncontrolsystemandthehydraulicautomaticroll-bendingforceservocontrolsystemareequivalentsimplified.ThenequivalenttimeconstantisgivenintheSimulationexperiment.Thisprovidesagoodmo
5、delfoundationforfurtherstudyontheintegrateddecouplingcontrolofgaugeandflatness.Secondly,basisforabovedynamicmathematicalmodelofgaugeandflatness,thecouplinginfluencebetweenstripgaugeandflatnessisanalyzeddeeply.Inthefoundationofresearchonvariousdecouplingcontrolprinciple,thedecouplingcont
6、rolmethodisputforwardwhichiscombinedwiththefeedforwardcompensationdecouplingandthegainself-adaptivefuzzyPIDcontrol.Theresultsshowthedecouplingeffectofthecontrolmethodisobvious,andthecontrolprecisionissomewhatincreased.Lastly,inviewofthenon-uniquemodelparameterofgaugeandflatness,thebesta
