1、早期心理护理干预对长期血液透析患者生活质量的影响【摘要】目的：探讨早期心理护理干预对长期血液透析患者生活质量的影响。方法：选取笔者所在医院长期血液透析患者60例，根据电脑生成的随机数字表将所有患者分为试验组与对照组，每组30例，对照组患者给予常规护理方式，试验组患者在对照组的护理基础上给予心理护理干预。比较治疗前后两组患者抑郁自评量表及焦虑自评量表评分变化，其数据结果应用统计学软件SPSS19.0加以处理。结果：实行干预前两组患者SAS、SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义；护理干预后，试验组患者SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组；与对照组相比，干预后
