4、ary2008FOREWORDTheUnifiedFacilitiesCriteria(UFC)systemisprescribedbyMIL-STD3007andprovidesplanning,design,construction,sustainment,restoration,andmodernizationcriteria,andappliestotheMilitaryDepartments,theDefenseAgencies,andtheDoDFieldActivitiesinaccordancewithUSD(AT&L)Memorandumdated29May
5、2002.UFCwillbeusedforallDoDprojectsandworkforothercustomerswhereappropriate.AllconstructionoutsideoftheUnitedStatesisalsogovernedbyStatusofforcesAgreements(SOFA),HostNationFundedConstructionAgreements(HNFA),andinsomeinstances,BilateralInfrastructureAgreements(BIA.)Therefore,theacquisitionte
