1、METHOD3535ASOLID-PHASEEXTRACTION(SPE)1.0SCOPEANDAPPLICATION1.1Thismethoddescribesaprocedureforisolatingtargetorganicanalytesfromaqueoussamplesusingsolid-phaseextraction(SPE)media.Themethoddescribesconditionsforextractingavarietyoforganiccompoundsfromaqueousmatricesthatinclude:ground

2、water,wastewater,andTCLPleachates.Themethoddescribestheuseofdiskextractionmediaforeightgroupsofanalytesandtheuseofcartridgeextractionmediaforonegroupofanalytes.Othersolid-phaseextractionmediamaybeemployedasdescribedinseeSec.4.0.Theextractionproceduresarespecifictotheanalytesofintere
