2、othermatrices.Method8332alsoprovidesaqualitativeprocedurefordeterminingthepresenceorabsenceofnitroglycerine(SeeAppendixA).1.2Thismethodisrestrictedtouseby,orunderthesupervisionof,analystsexperiencedintheuseofHPLCinstrumentationandskilledintheinterpretat

3、ionofHPLCchromatograms.Eachanalystmustdemonstratetheabilitytogenerateacceptableresultswiththismethod.2.0SUMMARYOFMETHOD2.1Samplesareinjectedontoareversephasehighperformanceliquidchromatograph(HPLC)columnandthenitroglycerineconcentrationisquantitatedusin
