1、超高压瞬态炮闩机构抽壳系统的动力学分析DynamicsAnalysisofExtractorMechanisminBreechblockunderUltrahighPressure摘要抽壳机构作为舰炮的一个重要组成部分,抽壳性能直接影响到了舰炮的工作情况。本文利用弹塑性力学的相关知识对抽壳过程进行分析,并计算岀抽壳力的大小,找出了影响抽壳力的几个因素。在ADAMS中分别建立了抽壳机构的刚体和刚柔耦合虚拟样机,并进行仿真,通过对比分析,发现了刚柔耦合模型的优点。在不同的复进速度和抽壳阻力下对模型进行仿真,分析了复进速度和抽壳阻力对抽壳性能的
2、影响。结果表明,在相同的抽壳阻力下,降低复进速度会使抽壳受阻,而增加复进速度会使抽壳过程更加快速、顺畅,但是这种情况下会增大构件间的碰撞力,从而增大构件的磨损,影响其寿命;当复进速度相同时,抽壳阻力增大同样会使抽壳受阻,而如果抽壳阻力降低,则会使所需的抽売力降低,抽壳更加容易。与增大复进速度不同的是,这种情况不会使构件间的碰撞力增大,不会增加构件的磨损。通过与相关实验数据对比,证实了木文研究方法和研究结果的合理性。最后,木文还提出了改善抽壳性能的儿种方法。关键词:抽壳机构、抽壳力、ADAMS、虚拟样机、动力学分析AbstractExtra
